Great article Bro. Schmidt. The life you've lived and years of ministry supporting Pastor Chappell give great strength to the words.

Brother Schmidt I grew up in a pastor's home and my brother is a pastor. No one knows the burden a pastor has to carry unless they have walked in his shoes or lived in his house. This article should be handed to every member of every church in this world.

So true and helpful! I wish more Christians would realize these so important truths and realize how much their Pastor loves them. I personally am so thankful for my Pastor and the love he and his family pour out to my family. Sure, he is human just like we are human but he is still God's man. Thank you for that great reminder. It was a blessing and encouragement.

I recently finished "Just Friends". I loved it. My friend loaned me her's because I am struggling with this issue in my life. I want to read it again because it is just for me. Remember, keep it light and keep it right!

Hey Bro Schmidt-one question: how do you categorize "waiting on" items in Things? I use Things on my iPhone and my Mac...but I've been having trouble incorporating a "waiting on" list in the program. Any suggestions?

Just went on Amazon and ordered all 4. Heading out on vacation in a couple of weeks and looking forward to reading through them. Thanks for the recommendations. I have to agree that this list is lacking without including all of your books. They have been instrumental in helping our young people.

I've read Tripps book and was helped tremendously with raising our son. I appreciate your input. I try to pass out a Parents Resource page each meeting. I'll be including some of these books. Thank you.

Great recommendations. Tripp's book is excellent. Especially liked your thoughts on youth workers reading parenting books. I 100% agree.

Thanks for the great list, Bro. Cary. I am currently reading one of these.

I'm sure modesty prevents you from mentioning it, but a list of such books would never be complete without your own HOOK, LINE & SINKER - a great book that I thank the Lord for!

Thanks for the suggestions!
