There are two other things that I&#039;ve started using that have really been a help to our church media ministry.

1. Action Method (http://www.actionmethod.com/) a very clean web, desktop, and iPhone application that allows you to assign and track projects to team members with a potential for file sharing (a nominal yearly fee for sharing, the regular usage is free).
2. Dropbox (http://www.getdropbox.com/) Free file sharing with a desktop app. 2.5 gigs free.</description>
